I’m Carson Wright, founder of Business Growth Hacker, and I have one mission: helping Phoenix-area businesses break through growth barriers and achieve sustainable success.
After working with companies across Arizona, I’ve seen the same patterns repeat over and over. Business owners work incredibly hard but struggle to identify what’s actually holding them back from explosive growth. They’re caught in a cycle of trying random marketing tactics, implementing software they don’t need, and wondering why their revenue isn’t matching their effort.
My Story
My journey into business growth optimization started when I was running my own Phoenix-based company and hit a wall at $500K in annual revenue. Despite working 70-hour weeks and trying every marketing strategy I could find, nothing seemed to move the needle.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of systematic business auditing and data-driven optimization. Within 6 months of implementing proper growth systems, my business doubled its revenue. More importantly, I was working smarter, not harder.
That transformation sparked my passion for helping other Phoenix business owners achieve similar breakthroughs without the years of trial and error I went through.
